1. What is Haven Fix?

2. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. For more details, please refer to our refund policy.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed before shipment. Standard shipping typically takes 7-12 business days. However, please note that due to the current pandemic, there may be unexpected delays beyond our control.

4. Can I cancel or return my order within the European Union?
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For more details, please refer to our refund policy.
5. How do I start a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at support@havenfix.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to us at support@havenfix.com.
6. What if my item is defective or damaged?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that exceptions may apply for certain types of items, such as perishable goods and hazardous materials. If you have any concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.
7. What if my order is stolen or lost during delivery?
Rest assured, we will do everything in our power to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible. However, the buyer holds all responsibility for stolen or lost delivery as a result of inputting the wrong shipment information.
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Once your order is placed, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered, including the shipping address, is correct.
8. How long does it take to receive a refund?
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

9. Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
10. Do you accept returns on sale items or gift cards?
